Flexibility and simplicity: always certainty during the school weeks and flexibility during holidays and study days. WildWoozt is there for the children AND parents. We take the children on an adventure and give them a great afternoon. We want to offer maximum flexibility for parents. This flexibility comes in a simple 40-week package during the school weeks and the option to purchase a + package for extra care. We also have suitable packages for parents and children who only want to come during the holidays. This way you only have to pay for what you need!

Fixed school day(s)

for whom

For everyone who attends one of the connected schools and purchases one or more fixed school day(s). You pay a fixed amount every month for which you can apply for childcare allowance. If you need care during holidays in addition to the regular school afternoon(s), you can choose to add a + package.

€10,50 per hour (starting 1-1-25)

You pay for the fixed school day(s) and any + hours monthly and in advance. All hours are evenly spread over 12 months. This way you pay a fixed amount every month and you can immediately receive childcare allowance on these hours (unless something changes in the purchase).

You pay a fixed amount every month and can count on permanent childcare during the school weeks. During the holidays you remain completely flexible and you decide when and if you need care and how you pay for it. You can choose from the following packages:
- Fixed schooldays without + package (Vaste schoolmiddag(en) zonder + pakket)
- Fixed schooldays with + 60 hours per calendar year (Vaste schoolmiddag(en) + 60 uur per kalenderjaar)
- Fixed schooldays with + 120 hours per calendar year (Vaste schoolmiddag(en) + 120 uur per kalenderjaar)
- Fixed schooldays with + 180 hours per calendar year (Vaste schoolmiddag(en) + 180 uur per kalenderjaar)
- Fixed schooldays with + 240 hours per calendar year (Vaste schoolmiddag(en) + 240 uur per kalenderjaar)

For anyone who wants to take advantage of a holiday or other incidental after school care. You can purchase 60 hour, 120 hour, 180 hour, 240 hour or 360 hour packages in addition to your regular school day(s) but also as a separate package. This gives you the flexibility to request whatever you need.

€10,50 per hour (starting 1-1-25)

You purchase 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 hours monthly. This is a fixed purchase for which you can immediately apply for childcare allowance. You have the option to use all hours of that calendar year immediately, but you spread the costs over the entire calendar year.

Explanation

The number of hours you have to spend per calendar year with the different packages depends on the start date of the package. You can put in a request for childcare via the parent portal. This way you can choose at what time of the year you want to use the extra hours. A condition for applications is that there must be room (this can be difficult during school weeks on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). There is (usually) always room available on Wednesdays, Fridays and during study and holiday days, provided you request childcare in time (2 weeks in advance).

+60 hour package (+60 uur pakket)

With the 60 hours per calendar year package you purchase 5 hours per month. As an example: do you start on July 1st with a 60 hour package? Then you buy 6 months x 5 hours = 30 hours. You can use these hours flexible during the calendar year of purchasing during holidays, study days and incidental school afternoon(s).

+120 hour package (+120 uur pakket)

With the 120 hours per calendar year package you purchase 10 hours per month. As an example: do you start on May 1st with a 120 hour package? Then you buy 8 months x 10 hours = 80 hours. You can use these hours flexible during the calendar year of purchasing during holidays, study days and incidental school afternoon(s).

+180 hour package (+180 uur pakket)

With the 180 hours per calendar year package you purchase 15 hours per month. As an example: do you start on June 1st with a 180 hour package? Then you buy 7 months x 15 hours = 105 hours. You can use these hours flexible during the calendar year of purchasing during holidays, study days and incidental school afternoon(s).

+240 hour package (+240 uur pakket)

With the 240 hours per calendar year package you purchase 20 hours per month. As an example: do you start on August 1 with a 240 hour package? Then you buy 5 months x 20 hours = 100 hours. You can use these hours flexible during the calendar year of purchasing during holidays, study days and incidental school afternoon(s).

+360 hour package (+360 uur pakket)

With the 360 hours per calendar year package you purchase 30 hours per month. As an example: do you start on April 1 with a 360 hour package? Then you buy 9 months x 30 hours = 270 hours. You can use these hours flexible during the calendar year of purchasing during holidays, study days and incidental school afternoon(s).

for whom

You have no fixed monthly costs and can request childcare all year round when it suits you. Perfect if you don't want to be tied to anything or if you plan to take less than 5 vacation days on a calendar year basis.

€11,28 per hour (starting 1-1-25)

Hours taken will be invoiced at the end of the month. All hours can be passed on for childcare allowance, but these must be adjusted monthly. You can also apply for childcare allowance based on the annual statement. If you think you need more than 5 vacation days on a calendar year basis, the 60 hours per calendar year package may be a better choice. You have a cheaper hourly rate, you spread the costs and you can receive allowances immediately.

Request childcare via the parent portal whenever you need it. The condition for flexible requests is that there must be room (this can be difficult during school weeks on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). There is (usually) always room available on Wednesdays, Fridays and during study and holiday days, provided you request childcare in time (2 weeks in advance).

In case of illness or leave, the day expires
Fixed scheduled hours in the 40 school weeks cannot be used as credit during an illness or leave notification.

Exchanging a day of care
Hours from your regular school week schedule can be exchanged once for an equivalent daycare day (school afternoon to school afternoon) in the event of absence. There must be room available, and the exchange must be submitted at least 5 working days prior to the original day of care.

Extra care
You can easily request extra childcare via the parent portal. We will assess your application as quickly as possible. If it concerns emergency care, we ask you to request this via the parent portal and telephone. The extra hours will be invoiced monthly or settled against the accrued balance. (Extra) care is fixed 5 working days before the start and cannot be changed.

Holidays, study days, out early
Hours purchased from the extra hours package are only valid in the calendar year of purchase. These hours can be used throughout the year for all additional care (outside your regular schedule).
